Support aims to provide the best possible service and support to its customers.  Bug fixes and telephone support are provided free of charge during the 1st year of warranty that is provided with each system.  Thereafter we offer support contracts to provide on-going assistance to help with any emergencies as well as day to day enquiries, configuration changes and training. In addition, software updates containing general product enhancements are provided as part of the service, as and when new software releases are available.
