coralbay.tv releases coralCaption
Leeds, UK, 20th March, 2024 – Cloud playout specialist coralbay.tv Ltd today announced the release of a new live captioning product, coralCaption, in collaboration with broadcast services experts Red Bee Media.
coralCaption inserts captions into live transport streams from text generated automatically using AI tools or is entered by users reviewing the audio and video from an automatically generated proxy.
The first version supports Teletext and OP47 subtitles, but the intention is to add support for 608/708 Captioning and DVB bitmaps in future releases.
